OUR EXPERTISE
Manufacturing Process
Based on state – of – art coating and converting technologies, we provide fully automated Roll – to – Roll (R2R) manufacturing process design of biosensors and diagnostic consumables devices. In partnership with established equipment providers, we further ensure the installation of the manufacturing line at our license partner facility.
Reagents & Materials Development
We offers optimized biochemical reagents and materials entering in the composition of our biosensors and diagnostic consumables devices. Our reagents and materials are optimized for our products to meet the requirements in terms of analytical performance and adaptability with our manufacturing process.
System Design
We develop the instruments and the related software that will be used in combination with our biosensors and diagnostic consumables devices to provide fully integrated diagnostic solutions. Our designed systems can be either transferred for manufacturing by our license partner or outsourced to an OEM service provider.
